They promise a lot of things but the public doesn't realize when an administration changes (read: MTA President) the slate of promises is wiped clean.

I think it was Robert Kiley who promised GG riders that it would never terminate @ CSQ so they wouldn't have to walk thru some dark, dank, stinky tunnell to get to the 23/Ely side. Look at how some of that turned out.
