The Brighton Express does not need 15 TPH. I doubt the Sea Beach needs that much either.Part of the need for the 15 TPH on the F is the Lower East Side stations and the Carroll Gardens stations. It's not just all about Queens Blvd, although that's a big part of it. It's not like those F trains are all empty going through the Rutgers tube. |
