Don't get me started with the time savings of exp vs lcl. I've done it in the past.My personal observations are that on busy lines a local costs much more than 30 seconds extra per stop. From 14th to 86th, the 4/5 express passes 6 stops. It saves way more than 3 minutes in rush hour. |
