In South Brooklyn the protocol seems to be that the LOCAL train is the 24/7 route, while an express, if any is the short-turn part-time service. Thus to re-state your proposal (F) Coney Island via Culver local 24/7 (Skips Gowanus stops when (C) is Runnng) (C) Church Avenue via Gowanus Local 16/5. (E) 8th Ave Local to Euclid 16/5, to Chambers otherwise. |
