I think they could try what they did at 148 on the 3, building a new station at the far end of the yard. Is it near enough to population centers that would use it, though?Along these lines, they could also do this at the yard at the end of the New Lots line, and in fact extend the line beyond that yard to Gateway Center and Starrett City. It's really not far. |
