Posted by heypaul on Tue Sep 16 06:54:10 2014 We must build a large desalinization plant in New York harbor, which will change the East & Hudson Rivers to fresh water to avoid a repeat of the Superstorm Sandy catastrophe. The plant would easily pay for itself as it would generate huge amounts of salt that could be sold to cities for use in managing winter ice and snow storms. |
