They're going to have to be. Salt water destroys metals. I'm amazed having seen the estimates to repair that there's trains running at all through some of them. I just pray that with all the money that needs to go into them that they'll come up with some kind of working cork for them if another Sandy comes down BEFORE the water gets in them. |
