The word bankruptcy has not been mentioned but one can suspect that they indeed did file for bankruptcy.Some readers may say that the magazine did seem to go downhill after Hal Carstens passed away five years ago. I had 16 issues remaining on my current subscription and can remember reading the old "Railroad" magazine in the 1950's, long before the merger with "Railfan". I'll miss the magazine! :-( |
