The second was is a lot less obvious until (I guess) he displayed the ... uh ... goods.The first one reminded me of a character who was hanging out slouched on a park bench near the children's playground west of the WTC. I had my kids near with me and I silently cursed out every liberal organization that says that, in a free country, evident perverts can hang out any damn place they please and if kids are exposed to them, tough. You (Julie) shouldn't be expected to be exposed to this either, but you are presumably an adult and a street-savvy New York woman. There's a line that a conservative is a liberal who's been mugged (and a liberal is a conservative who's been arrested), but there's nothing like having kids to move you rightward on some of the social issues. |
