NO, no, no, no.Remove the walls on the current local platforms. Install track ways for new local row. shift local to new track way. shift express track to current local track way. Ramp down, or up the current express tracks heading compass EAST, then turning south and heading to White Pot area to join with Rockaway branch. Now you have an express for the rockaway Branch. Connect the current local cutouts for local service to the Rockaway Branch and off peak service. Twice as costly and twice the service |
