BOTH. Free transfer at Woodhaven.As long as it's been closed (38 years), Woodhaven station looks structurally sound. The entrances would need re-doing (I think there is a sealed entrance around 102 Street) and a good scrub and new lights would be needed. The upper level, while still largely intact, would need more work than the lower. wayne |
