At about 3:09pm the MTA Website was reporting that there was a G.O. planned for today, where Bronx-bound #2 and #5 trains were running to express from 149th Street-Third Avenue to East 180th Street, and for riders to take downtown trains for the by-passed stations.Was the "power outage" problem rectified fairly early?
