Did the DC Metro move the transfer point to the Dulles bus from West Falls Church to Reston East at the end of the Silver Line?If you are referring to the Dulles Flyer operated by MWAA that ran between the north bus terminal at West Falls Church and Dulles Airport, Yes. It is now called the Silver Line Express and runs between Dulles Airport and the underground bus terminal on the north side of Wiehle- Reston East station.
