"The whole point of ESA is to INCREASE flexibility. "No, the point is to increase service to Manhattan without transfers. Where did you read "flexibility" in their proposals ? " his plan could eventually make the FBA branch into another version of the Lower Montauk- orphaned all the way to abandonment. " Lower Montauk had 2 trains a day, were not shuttles, but were Oyster Bay trains. No analogy at all Atlantic service will run every 10 - 15 minutes like rapid transit |
