The part of the company that makes "nice stuff" (including the ALP-46) is European and basically managed by Germans. The part that makes rolling stock for the US is based here and in Canada...FWIW, BBD and it's former companies have been a part of consortiums to build high speed railway sets, but they've never built one on their own... |
