Almost.If they are on the DFMQ platform (known as the Orange Line by some tourists :) ) all trains headed downtown will work: F on the right, D on the left when looking downtown. If they are on the NQR (yellow) downtown platform the N on the right and the Q on the left will work, but the R on the right won't get them there. So they have a 5/6 chance of getting the correct train, but can improve their chances by making sure the train actually says it goes to Coney Island. That's actually quite something: 4 totally different routes to get to the exact same place, all available from 1 station. |
