Posted by Dave on Tue Jul 22 15:16:47 2014 Next week I leave for England; mostly pleasure mixed in with a little "bidness" as we say in Texas.My game plan is to visit the London Transport Museum; the National Rail Museum in York; the Didcot Railway Centre; and the Crewe Heritage Centre. One day is reserved to tour the Victoria and Albert Museum and I have a day I'm leaving open. I'll use the Tube to get to the Transport Museum; Northern Rail to get to York; First Great Western to get to Didicot; and Virgin Railways to get to Crewe. Many, many pictures will be taken and the best posted here! |
