Typical of the cesspool of incompetence that passes for most MTA management. The R-32s are old tech whether they are on the C or the J so it shouldn't make any difference! If that were the absolute case, then the R-32s could be operated 3 X 5 on the C with appropriate C/R boards thus allowing trains of R-4s and 42s to be operated there with no problem. |
