My point was...if tunnel ends at bedrock, why build a wall? I would suspect the tunnel goes further past the wall. I'm not saying that the wall proves anything exists behind it, or how much further it goes...but someone took the time and $$$ to build it...just to cover up another natural rock wall? To keep in the dirt that was back-filled?...that makes more sense.
