Tell me about it.I've had more than one on one battles with TSS' about that. "You preach proper rest, but in and out all day without lunch or 15-20 minutes of it or just having enough time to take a piss on your so called recovery time is just as bad as coming in with improper rest". Response: a shrug of the shoulders or a "call the union". The fact of the matter is the union has no say over work programs, they can only voice their "concerns" to management. |
