Muni meter parking meters all over the city are solar powered, data linked to accept credit cards, and have a small lcd display, as well as coin acceptor and printers. Here we are talking about a larger display, but no card acceptor, printer, or coin mech. They do fine out in the weather. No reason these shouldn't work. On the other hand, we are talking MTA |
