Address it?have you kept up with the latest MTA line of goods? they plan on doing NOTHING,when it comes to new routes in the "outer boros"...except put in place a number of SBS bus lines. the claim is subway building is WAY too expensive,using the SAS as an example of cost annalist. using the SAS is a terrible example,considering the techniques used to build this short stretch,and the cost over runs plus chronic delays associated with this project. |
