(On Topic), posted by localacrosstheplatform on Tue Jan 14 13:26:01 2014. Considering that the core of the 4 state metro area is Manhattan south of 60th st, Hudson County is functionally NYC. After all, if Staten Island, Throggs Neck and Jamaica Bay are NYC, then Hudson County is a de facto 6th Borough. PATH serves a vital regional role. |
