Based on the fact that I have been following these vandals since the 1980's what is even moe disturbing is to see constant repeat offenders such as JA ONE. I do think that jail time a significant monetary fine would be appriopriate. If the stiff fine could not be paid then the perp woudl remain jailed longer. |
