I say treat these bastards like Michael Fay in Singapore in 1994, and do it in a well public place like Times Square, then have them scrub each and every one of their vandal scummage work off the sides, pay for all the materials needed to clean the vandalism, then give them jail time no less than 5 years. See if they ever do it again after that!!! |
