Shoot the Vandals on sight.1) If they have the ability to carry paint into the subway they could also carry a bomb into the subway. 2) If they have time to paint a car, they have time to plant a bomb. 3) If they could have planted a bomb, they must be treated as if they had planted a bomb. Shipping areas are secure. Airway areas are secure, they better darn well secure the private areas of the subway and rail systems. Ergo: Shoot on sight. ROAR |
