Yep.Since passenger fatalities are involved, expect a mandated solution of some sort and the system will be slowed.Since the LIRR's ASC has speed enforcement, while it has not been MTA's corporate culture to tell fair-haired child MN to be more like LIRR, that era will be coming to an end because there will be huge liability impacts, especially after the Connecticut wreck, which was also MN's negligence. MN will simply have no say in the matter. |
