There seems to be no enforcement of speed limits on MN that differs from the Garden State Pkwy. Posted speeds would mean nothing. Unlike the LIRR, there seems to be no ASC except to prevent collisions or taking diverging routes.

What happens when Amtrak approaches this area for the Empire Line - Are they forced to slow down ?.
