It looks like shit. The equiptment should look like it did when it left the factory. There should be one area where the public should not be exposed to the barrages of excessive ads. They see them on the way to the station,on the highways, in the station...etc.Everyonre was bitchin about the griffiti on the equiptment in the 70's now that its fine tuned & looks neat nowadays, & generates more $$$ that makes it ok?? Well, fine! How about makin the added revenue apply to raises to all the workers that have been working for years w/o a new contract or more importantly, a raise?? Graffiti is just like prostitution, pot smoking, gambling..etc. You cant wipe it out, then legalize it. Such is the ad wraps on the equiptment nowadays. Legalized graffiti, & the MTA pimps are cashin in. And the rank & file just wait. |
