I didn't say they would go on the J, but dispatching errors do happen, and do note that there is now an outright ban north of Broad Street of them, which was not the case years ago. They would still have an escape back from Chambers or Essex. Once at Alabama Av, there is no turning back without shutting down the line to back it out. |
