The 1948 takeover of the bus successor to Buffalo & Lake Erie traction, which was more or less US20 between Cleveland and Buffalo, is what brought Greyhound from the midwest into upstate NY.What about East and West Side Airline terminals, which were not very convenient, and Carry went to. How did they last so long ? I think the West Side terminal hulk is still there. I remember Gray Line buses running out of there as well in the 1960's. |
