That sucks. :(When I worked for the state years ago, took every promotional I could get my hands on and did rather well. But back then, each pay grade increase started out with that "before top pay" rank above the title I had left previously, so taking the promotionals and going off to new horizons was worth all the hoohah. THAT SUCKS! :( |
