And I'm guessing either a heat kink (really a cooling kink) or a truck/bearing/wheel issue or failure, it's all conjecture at this point. My question had to do with blaming CSX. I know full well their history but how would they be at fault here unless they operated the train improperly or missed something on a train inspection or air brake test. |
