I never said anything about cancelling special events so don't put words in my mouth.If its lack of coordination, then something should be done about it like coordinating them, but hey why make anything easier for the driver, people will just run out and by more cars if we make anything more convenient for them. I never said signals in front of schools are not at intersections. Are you saying every intersection needs a traffic signal? I've seen perfectly good intersections with stop signs and no signals become congested once a signal was put there. Most illegal parking tickets are given to cars that overstay parking meters. That is hardly a safety issue but a revenue issue. Cops give tickets to double parkers that are not causing any congestion while ignoring double parkers that do. |
