As I stated, it all comes down to what alternatives someone has. Yes, some commute to Mahattan by car when they shouldn't but others have little choice or don't want to be stuffed into crowded trains. You have no right to force them to do do.Charging for a privilege isn't the same as taking that privilege away. It's not like the subway fare forces everyone to walk (or bike). |
