This would have been nice from Speonk-Babylon-Hicksville-Jamaica-Hunters Point.

Metro North utilized them, but below their potential. The Port Jervis Branch comes to mind.

This consist seems to have unpowered coaches toward the read. Note doors are for high level platforms only on coaches.

Now these are for high level platforms only.

The front end is somewhat different and this one can serve high and low level platforms
