I have spoken to several t.a.workers over the years who have been in the tunnels to do work.the 2 tracks heading towards 95st. are actually the local&express track.when the R crosses the bay ridge div.you can see the 2 track roadway that was provided for.notice that the safety niches are BRICKED up.not solid cemented. |
