Oh, wait a second...the impedance bond is behind the guy in the hardhatstanding next to the guy with the badge. I can make out the cables and the joints there. So if there is another single plain joint a few feet away, that looks like a "dutchman" ... a small piece of rail spliced in to correct a previous defect. |
