OTOH, BART cuts cars at Fremont as evening rush ends deadheading them to S Hayward yard then operating the shorter train in revenue service. CTA used to add cars from the 61st St yard by spotting them at the S end of 61St station. The SB from Howard would pull up do station dwell then couple up and the new crew would take over. |
