I got information from Trains.com that these were built in 1909 by Standard Steel. They weigh 84-88 tons, are 72 feet long, and seat 76-84 passengers. They use four 175hp Westinghouse dc/ac motors. These cars were retired either in 1954 or 1956.Go to this link here and you will see more of these cars as well as their closed platform counter parts.
