There has not been enough potential, sustainable demand until recently. Ever-increasing rents and home values within the existing Metro-accessible region are pushing people further out. There's also the growing popularity of mass transit...be it environmentally-motivated, or just to not have to deal with our infamous traffic fusterclucks. |
