Here are some of the photos from the abandoned Roosevelt upper level station. Unlike the other IND provision stations, this one was actually tiled....but like South 4th St and Utica/Fulton, it was never used. It was for the Winfield spur, which was to be a branch off the South 4th St line (replacement line for the Broadway El).  Here's a link to Joe's other photos.
