Is the group that won the contract for phase 2 the one you were wanting to see build it?Unfortunately no, it went to Capital Rail Constructors Clark Construction Group, LLC Kiewit Infrastructure South Co. I was hopping it went to Dulles APC Railbuilders Archer Western Contractors, LLC PCL Civil Constructors, Inc., Corman Construction, Inc. Their bid was a tick over a hundred million more then the winning bid. John in the sand box of Maryland's eastern shore. |
