Having looked at the circulation diagrams and the way the buildings are stacked, I think it would be useful to turn the Felt Forum or whatever it's called these days back to railroad use, to move office/crew/admin space out of the way and improve circulation.Plus, on the main concourse level, I think an inordinate amount of space is given over to retail and dining that could be used to improve circulation. |
