If I'm reading the report right, the issues they have with MSG are that it is restricting entrance options / visibility, and preventing natural daylight from reaching the station area. And, to a degree, the building restricts vertical expansion options - such as raising the arrival / departure boards above head height. I would also imagine that support columns present limits on possible alterations. |
