Nah.If they were up there before the accident they would be trespassing. As it is they were "Responding to an Accident Scene" and while they do not know squat about what to do, you can bet your posterior regions that they would have been pressed into service if needed, perhaps helping people from the embankment, or maybe holding an IV bag. That *is* what EMS does with bystanders. They put them to work. ROAR |
