First you'll have to round up about 600 people west of Raritan on a single frequency to even justify one express train to would comfortably fill 6 MLV cars.The whole west of Raritan loadings for the day are 375, which means the most of the entire Trans Bridge business would have to shift to the RVL, highly unlikely. |
