But there is a happy medium between having not enough cars open and having too many cars open...I agree. A load based rule would have made more sense. Perhaps something like: if all window seats and half the "third seat" of the three seaters are taken in all open cars, open an additional car. The middle seat of the three seaters is useless and crowding things to the point where most aisle seats are full results in passengers opting to stand. In vestibules. |
