Extreme western terminal stations (LIC, HPA, NYP, GCT, FBA) should be Zone 1, and the other stations west of Flushing/Jamaica (WDS, FH, KG, ENY, NOS, MWP) should be a new Zone 2, as well as Jamaica and Flushing traveling to/from points west. |
