If a one time $1 per up-to-4-person-family fee is considered "screwed," then I should have had a heart attack when I found out WMATA was charging me $1 extra per ride for using outdated fare media I had kept since my last visit a few years earlier. (Thankfully there wasn't more than the value a couple of rides left anyway). |
